Concept Design

We’re here to help bring your ideas to life. After an initial briefing session, we’ll collaborate with you to develop a concept that captures the perfect look and feel for your space. From mood boards to early sketches, we’ll guide you through the creative process and shape your vision into something tangible.

This service can include mood boards, initial furniture and material selection. As well as Elevation sketches, white card 3D’s or full 3D renderings depending on what you require.

Space Planning

Have a clear vision but not sure how it all fits together? We’ve got you covered. With decades of experience in balancing creativity and functionality, Nadine specializes in space planning that works. Whether through a site survey or using your provided measurements and photos, we’ll transform your ideas into precise, as-built plans that maximize both aesthetics and practicality.

Detailed Design Development

Looking for a full-service design solution? We’ll take you through the entire journey—from concept to detailed planning. Once the concept and space planning are complete, we’ll develop a fully detailed design package that’s ready for your contractor to bring to life.

Creative Oversight

After the design phase, Nadine can step in to oversee construction, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With extensive experience managing both residential and commercial projects, she’ll liaise with your contractor to guarantee the design, schedule, and budget are followed, giving you peace of mind during the build.

This service is available either after our design consultancy or as a stand-alone option, even if you’re working with a third-party designer or contractor.
